2026 Annual Association Assessment Notice

The 2026 annual assessment for Park Properties Homeowners Association (PPHA) is $125.00.

Payment is due January 1, 2026 and must be postmarked by January 31, 2026 to avoid a late fee.

If your property address is not printed on your check, please write your neighborhood address in the memo line to ensure your payment is posted correctly.

If you currently have a past-due balance, a statement has been enclosed with your notice. Please add the past-due amount to your 2026 assessment payment.

Late Fees

A late fee of $5.00 will begin on February 1, 2026 and will be added each month thereafter until payment is received.

Timely payment helps the Association maintain services and manage community expenses efficiently.

Board of Directors Update

In October 2025, the following homeowners were appointed to serve on the 2025–2026 Board of Directors:

They join current board members:

  • Elaine Garrett
  • Nick Geddes

There is currently one open board position.

Board members serve two-year terms, with approximately half of the board elected each September. Homeowner participation is important to the success of our community, and residents interested in serving on the board are encouraged to contact us.
