If you own a single-family home in Park Place or Park Terrace, your purchase automatically entitled and obligated you as a member of the Association. About Park Place and Park Terrace… These two sister neighborhoods in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho were designed and built by contractor Tom Johnson of Crescent Homes in the early 1990’s.
