Governing Documents
Know the rules.
It is important to know our obligations and rights for living in our beautiful neighborhood. This handbook outlines information you need to know about the regulations governing all of us.
If you own a single-family home in Park Place or Park Terrace, your purchase automatically entitled and obligated you as a member of the Association. The CC&R's (Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions) is the document that describes those entitlements and obligations.
Bylaws are the rules that direct the operations of the corporation. Specifically, the bylaws direct the board of directors in their work to oversee the corporation. One of the first actions of the board of directors of a new corporation is to adopt the bylaws.
The articles of incorporation are the document that establishes a corporation as a separate business entity. The articles become a public record and provide important information about the corporation, including their name, contact information, and information about its shares of stock.
Could there be a more beautiful place to live than North Idaho? Your Homeowner’s Association is dedicated to preserving the quality, safety and enjoyment of our little part of the Coeur d’Alene community. We encourage you to meet the homeowners around you. Be a good neighbor. Welcome new owners AND renters. Be tolerant. You’ll be glad you did.
