2025 ANNUAL ASSOCIATION ASSESSMENT NOTICE
2025 Assessment of $75.00 is due January 1st and must be postmarked by January 31st to avoid a late fee.
Make your check payable to PPHA or Park Properties Homeowners Association, and mail to PO Box 1531 Hayden, ID. 83835 in the enclosed envelope.
If your neighborhood address is not printed on your check, please write it in the memo area for accurate posting.
If you have a past due balance, a statement is enclosed. Add that amount to your 2025 assessment.
A late fee of $5.00 begins on February 1st and added each month thereafter until payment received.
In October 2024, the following homeowners were appointed to the 2024-2026 board of directors: Clark Albritton, Kay Bejarana, Elaine Garrett, & Nick Geddes; joining current board members Rick Currie, Donna Marie Perry, & Madalin Torretta. There are no vacancies.
Board members are elected for two years, with half the board up for election each September. If you are interested in joining the board, please contact us.
With 202 units in our association, it is challenging for the board to notice concerns in the neighborhood. If you have a comment or concern, please contact a board member, either in person or via the website.
